Refund policy

At SayHelloToGlow.com, we strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience with our products. Please review the following guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Because our products include skincare and cosmetic items, certain return limitations apply to protect product integrity and customer safety.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only on the same day the order was placed and must be completed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

After 12:00 PM Pacific Time, orders are already in processing and cannot be cancelled.

If an order cannot be cancelled, the customer must follow the return procedures outlined in this policy.

SayHelloToGlow.com will make reasonable efforts to assist customers who place orders in error, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing begins.


Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement or refund.

If the product was defective at the time it was shipped to the carrier, the customer may choose one of the following options:

Replacement: A replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost if inventory is available.
Refund: A refund for the full purchase price and applicable sales tax will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless SayHelloToGlow.com determines otherwise.

All determinations regarding whether a product was defective at the time of shipment will be made by SayHelloToGlow.com.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are trying a product for the first time and are not satisfied, you may return it under our satisfaction guarantee with the following conditions:

• The item must have been purchased as an individual product (not part of a kit or bundle).
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Only first-time purchases of that product qualify.

If approved, the customer will receive a refund for 100% of the purchase price and applicable sales tax, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse.


Cosmetic and Makeup Products

For health and hygiene reasons, all cosmetic and makeup products are final sale once opened or used.

This policy applies to items such as:

• Lipsticks
• Lip oils
• Lip tints
• Cushions
• Foundations
• Any other makeup products

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.


Other Eligible Returns

Products that do not qualify under the satisfaction guarantee may still be returned if they meet the following requirements:

• The product was purchased individually (not part of a promotional bundle or kit).
• The item has not been opened or used.
• The return request is submitted within 15 days of the order date.

Approved returns will receive a refund for the product price minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping or handling charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping charges may be refunded in certain cases depending on the reason for the return, but this is not guaranteed.


Conditions for Resalable Items

Returned products must meet all of the following requirements to be considered resalable:

• Products must be unopened and unused with the original seal intact.
• Packaging and labels must be undamaged and unaltered.
• The product must have at least one year remaining before expiration at the time of return.
• The item must be in a condition that allows it to be sold again as new.
• Products marked as non-refundable, seasonal, discontinued, or expired are not eligible for return.


Kits and Promotional Bundles

Products purchased as part of a bundle, kit, or promotional set must be returned as a complete set.

Partial returns for bundled items are not accepted.
