Free Shipping Offer

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the United States.

This offer applies automatically at checkout once the order subtotal meets the minimum requirement. Certain restrictions may apply.


Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before they are shipped.

Orders are typically prepared and packed within 3–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or other operational factors.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. The final shipping fee is based on:

• The delivery address
• Package weight and size
• The shipping method selected at checkout

The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.


Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information is usually provided within approximately 5 business days after the order is placed, once the shipment has been prepared.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Typical delivery timelines are:

United States: 2–8 business days after shipment
Canada: up to 14 business days after shipment

Please note that these estimates do not include order processing time.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Carrier and Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been processed, SayHelloToGlow.com will ship the package using a shipping carrier of our choice.

After the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. SayHelloToGlow.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.


Address Changes

To ensure accurate delivery, customers should carefully review their shipping information before completing checkout.

Orders with shipping address changes requested after placement may be subject to cancellation at our discretion.


Undeliverable Orders

If a carrier determines that an order cannot be delivered and returns it to us, the order may be cancelled.

Orders deemed undeliverable within approximately 15 days of the order date may be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, SayHelloToGlow.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
